First week of LBVC sessions!

You should have received an email with your allocated session, please be aware that the first two weeks are likely to see a bit of moving around of coaches until we figure out what the best solution is for players and coaches.

Our sessions are only open for members, so it is a good idea to bring an ID so that the coach can check you’re on the list (and at the right session).

Check the website for info on where and when sessions take place http://www.londonbeachvolleyball.org/?page_id=28.

Social sessions which all members can go to start this week as well, sunday at Shoreditch and Saturday at Westminster 12 to 2pm. Just show up and play (bring a ball if you have one).

Have fun in the Sand,

Ellen Helsper
Chair of the Club on behalf of The LBVC team

LBVC season 2013 will start in April!

It’s cold, wet and dark outside so here is some news to warm up your heart; the LBVC season will start in April!

By the beginning of April we will be renewing and opening up membership, so keep an eye on our website and facebook page to know when to sign up.

The first event will take place in the weekend of 13-14 April when we will have a beach volleyball clinic and our now famous season opener tournament at SCORE (Leyton). Keep that weekend free.

We are also working on a renewed membership structure which will give members high quality, consistent coaching and guaranteed weekly coached sessions with a dedicated group of people. We will keep you posted on what that is going to look like when we have figured out the details

We are currently working hard to upgrade and improve the website, if you have any suggestions on things that are missing or could be improved let us know by emailing info@londonbeachvolleyball.org.

Hang in there, winter can’t last forever!

Hope to see your feet in the sand soon,
